The price, inclusions, changes, and cancellations for a particular travel product are governed by the booking terms on that product page. This page governs your account and SMS verification codes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

When you enter your mobile number on the Extragreen website or app and click "Send verification code", you ask us to send one one-time passcode by SMS to that number.

These messages are used only to log in or to confirm the mobile number on your account. We do not send marketing SMS.

We send one message each time you request a code. Message and data rates may apply. The number of messages depends on how many times you request a code.

Mobile numbers in mainland China (+86) are sent through Alibaba Cloud. Mobile numbers in other countries and regions are sent through Amazon Web Services. Those service providers process the mobile number and the message content in order to deliver the SMS.

To stop these messages, stop requesting a verification code, or email [email protected]. Where your carrier supports keywords, reply STOP to unsubscribe and reply HELP for help.
