Wineglass Bay is located on the east coast of Tasmania. It was rated in the “Top Ten Beaches in the world” by the American tourist magazine “Outside” in 1999. Enjoy the Tasmanian eastern coastal scenery throughout the journey and take a stop at the French-styled village Swansea. Entering the Freycinet Peninsula, you will move to our destination Wineglass Bay. As Wineglass Bay sits at the foot of mountains, tourists have to climb up to the mountain lookout to appreciate its beauty. There will be a stop at KATE’s Farm to discover a unique range of Tasmanian produce.

What to expect

The tour will depart around 8.00 in the morning to Wineglass Bay which is located on the east coast of Tasmania and was rated in the “Top Ten Beaches in the world” by the American tourist magazine “Outside” in 1999.  Then on the way, the tourists will enjoy the Tasmanian eastern coastal scenery throughout the journey and take a stop at the French-styled village Swansea. After lunch, we’ll entering the Freycinet Peninsula, you will move to our destination Wineglass Bay. As Wineglass Bay sits at the foot of mountains, tourists have to climb up to the mountain lookout to appreciate its beauty. There will be a stop at KATE’s Farm to discover a unique range of Tasmanian produce. After this, we will finish our day tour and return back to Hobart.

Terms and Conditions
  1. Any tour participant under age 16 shall be accompanied by at least one guardian.
  2. Once the booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled within 14 days prior to the departure date. If the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the departure date, a cancellation fee (10% of the tour fees) will apply.
  3. The visiting sequence and time in the schedule is subject to change by tour guides due to the weather or traffic concerns.
  4. Tassie HD Holidays reserves the right to combine groups, unless specific requirements are given.
  5. It is highly suggested that to purchase travel insurance if you are a international tourist.
  6. Tourists should follow the tour guide’s instruction. Tourists are responsible for any consequence arising from personal behavior.
  7. Tour participants shall not leave the tour group without giving notice and shall be responsible for any injuries or accidents arising as a result of their leave. The tour guide may help with but is not liable for taking care of the elderly tour participants who shall be accompanied by their own carers.
