Our Sydney/Canberra tour is one of our most popular tours, and it’s no mystery why. Sydney and Canberra are both destinations not to be missed during a visit to Australia. As Australia’s capital and largest inland city, Canberra is home to the diplomatic embassies, the Parliament House and Australian Memorial. Moreover, as the most populous city in Australia and Oceania, Sydney is a must see for all, local and international guests alike.

You will be staying at 4-star Rydges Sydney Central in the CBD, a short 10-minute walk to Chinatown.

What to expect

This tour is perfect for those who are visiting Melbourne and would like to venture out to Sydney for a few days. As with many tours, your day will start very early at around 7am; however, the sights you explore will make it all worth it. The drive between Melbourne, Canberra and Sydney are broken down in two parts on the way to Sydney; we stop for a night in Canberra, before venturing out to Sydney the next day, where you will enjoy 2 nights at a 4-4.5* at a central city hotel. The tour base price for luxury outer city accommodation is $280 and $310 for central city accommodation in Sydney.

The trip from Sydney back to Melbourne will be about 10 hours, with stops in between to rest.
