HONG KONG & PEARL RIVER DELTA TOUR 6 DAYS TOUR

Highlights:

This tour will first take you to Hong Kong. Then you will travel over the border to Shenzhen for some touring and evening entertainment. From there you will go to the town of Zhuhai, a popular resort town on the west bank of the Pearl River, before touring the former Portuguese enclave of Macau. The tour will finally return you to Hong Kong via high speed jetfoil.

ITINERARY:

DAY 1:
Arrive Hong Kong and transfer to your hotel in Kowloon.

DAY 2: HONG KONG (B)
After breakfast, take a half-day tour of Hong Kong. In the afternoon, your time is free to shop or further explore this fascinating place.

DAY 3: HONG KONG - SHENZHEN (B/L/D)
In the morning transfer to Kowloon Station for the train journey to Shenzhen. In Shenzhen you will visit the China Folk Culture Villages, which replicate more than 20 ethnic minority villages found throughout China. You will later visit the Window of the World where you can view scaled replicas of world wonders, historical sites, landscapes and folklore. Evening performances will also be enjoyed before your overnight stay in Shenzhen.

DAY 4: SHENZHEN - ZHUHAI - MACAU (B/L/D)
After breakfast, depart for Zhuhai by ferry or coach. After arrival, in Zhuhai - a former fishing village - take a tour of this burgeoning coastal town that includes its popular Seaside Park. After lunch, travel to and stay overnight in the 400 year old former colony of Macau. In the evening you may wish to try your luck at the colony’s most famous casino at the Hotel Lisboa.

DAY 5: MACAU - HONG KONG (B/L)
You will spend most of the day touring some of Macau’s unique and historic features, including the ruins of St Paul’s Church as well as Monte Fort, and St. Dominic’s Church. Later in the afternoon, return to Hong Kong by high-speed jetfoil. On arrival, transfer to your hotel.

DAY 6: (B)
This day is free at leisure before your onward travel.
